FAQ

All shirts are made to order, produced in the order they are received. During periods of heavy volume, lead times will be longer than other times. Typical lead times are 7 - 14 days. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. All orders that can be shipped will ship Monday & Thursday each week. If it's been 3+ weeks and you haven't gotten a shipping confirmation, double check your spam filter. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.

Where do I input my discount code?
After entering your billing and shipping information, you'll see a "Discounts" field you can enter your discount code.

SHIPPING

We offer the following rates through USPS.
USPS Flat Rate Domestic is offered for all domestic orders. Shipments can take 5 - 10 business days to arrive.

USPS Flat Rate International is offered for all international orders. Shipments can take 4 - 5 weeks for international delivery once shipped.

I haven't received my international order.
International orders take 4 - 5 weeks to arrive from their ship date. When you receive your "shipping alert" e-mail, please allow this much time before contacting us. We are happy to resolve any issues after this time!

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We do not except returns for refunds. Exchange only within 10 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock. All sale items are final. Items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed). We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Merchandise must have all original tags/labels attached. Only items purchased at BROKENTIER.COM can be returned.
