Where do I input my discount code?
After entering your billing/shipping information on PayPal, you will be taken back to BROKENTIER and given the choice to enter a discount code.
My favorite item is out of stock!
We now offer "Back In Stock" notifications. Go to your favorite out of stock item and click the "out of stock" box for more information!
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

SHIPPING
We're proud to use USPS for all shipments at this time. We offer the following choices.
- USPS Flat Rate Domestic is offered for all domestic orders over $8. Shipments can take 4 - 5 business days for domestic delivery.
- USPS Flat Rate International is offered for all international orders over $8. Shipments can take 4 - 5 weeks for domestic delivery.
- USPS Express Mail is our fastest option, and takes 1 - 2 business days for domestic, and 1 - 2 weeks for international.
My item isn't on pre-order and says "In Stock", how long will it take to ship?
Please allow up to 3 days for your order to go out. We do our best to ship within 24 hours. If you have a deadline that you need your package to arrive by, please contact customer service.
I haven't received my international order yet! What's the deal?
International orders take 4 - 5 weeks to arrive from their ship date. When you receive your "shipping alert" e-mail, please allow this much time before contacting us. We are happy to resolve any issues after this time!

I want to exchange / get a refund. What do I do?
No problem! Our standard exchange/refund window is 14 days from when you receive the item. Be sure to contact us, and we'll set you up with all the information you need!
