- How long does it take to ship pre-orders?
- Typically pre-orders take 2-3 weeks to ship, as we have to physically inspect each shirt to make sure the quality is something we're happy with. If you ever have a question about the status of your order, send us a support e-mail.
- Where do I input my discount code?
- After entering your billing, shipping address and your credit card information, you will be given the choice to enter a discount code, and your shipping method.
- How much will it cost to ship to _____?
- After entering your billing, shipping address and your credit card information, you'll get the exact quote for how much it costs to ship!
- What style of shirts do you print on?
- For all non-heather shirts, we use American Apparel #2001. For our heathered shirts, we typically use the #BB401's, which are a 50/50 blend of Polyester and Cotton. For 4XL / 5XL, we use Port Authority.
- How do your shirts fit?
- Check the footer of this page, and you'll see a "SIZE CHART". Use that to help answer any questions you have about sizing!
- My favorite item is out of stock!
- Be sure to send us a message on this page, and we'll be happy to inform you when we restock! Or, you can check our restock chart to find out when we will be restocking the item!
- How secure is this store?
- This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
- No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
- Will you show up to my event and sell there?
- Well, we can certainly try! Throw us an e-mail on the contact page, and we'll contact you about our schedule!
- Wow, your international shipping rates are insane!
- Our website is set up to offer you the shipping rate we pay ourselves, so you are getting the best deal possible. Unfortunately, until we become a supermegacorperation, we can't get it any cheaper. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to custom fees, and that we are not liable for any charges incurred for delivery in your area.
- I haven't received my international order yet! What's the deal?
- International orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive from their ship date. When you receive your "shipping alert" e-mail, please allow this much time before contacting us. We are happy to resolve any issues after this time!
- Will you sponsor me / my gaming group?
- We are not currently looking for additional players or teams to sponsor at this time. Thanks for your interest, though!
